    Menu Planning Monday: Week of April 13th

    Here is what we’ll be eating this week: Monday: Shepherd’s Pie with a side of cheesy rice and broccoli Tuesday: left over Farmer’s Casserole (from Easter Brunch) Wednesday: Minestrone with Grilled Cheese Thursday: Pizza Roll-ups Friday: eating out on our way to Tykes, Tots, and Teens (boy do I hope we find some stuff!) Saturday: lunch – left overs, dinner – Mandarin Orange Chicken Sunday: lunch – turkey and ham sandwiches, dinner – left overs
