Challenge 1

Where are you reading from today?

Various books, right now a library book about homeschooling with sanity and a pirate novel. I have many other wants to reads as well as needed for review to reads in the stack as well.

3 facts about me …

  1. I’m 23 weeks pregnant today!
  2. My favorite apples are Pink Ladies (which I found some yesterday!!!).
  3. I love historical fiction.

How many books do you have in your TBR pile for the next 24 hours?

Well, the pile to choose from has about 15 books, but I hardly expect to read them all.

Do you have any goals for the read-a-thon (i.e. number of books, number of pages, number of hours, or number of comments on blogs)?

I’m tired, so my real goal is to read completely two novels (about 600 pages total). It is lacking, but something and I will be content with it. This is the first read-a-thon that I have “really” been able to participate in, so I hope to be very interactive and meet new people!

If you’re a veteran read-a-thoner, Any advice for people doing this for the first time?

I tried last year, but was too busy with other stuff. So technically, I would call this my first time.
