In a new edition of a classic favorite, colorful illustrations portray the playful moods and the madcap adventures of an adorable kitten who spends her days frolicking in her lovely surroundings.

I love this book and right now my daughter has come to love it and brings it to me to read repeatedly. I think that this copy may actually be from my childhood. There is even a page where apparently I tried to add some of my own artistry to the illustrations. I Am a Kitten is so cute with cute kitties and the sentences are just short enough that I can read them as she flips fervently through the pages. I also think that as she gets older this will be a great short sentences book to use when learning to read. I love how sturdy this edition is and the larger size, I will definitely be looking to see if books like this one are still in stores and available to get more for my AppleBlossom.

This was my mom’s favorite book as a child. It was really special to her and I would love to get her a first edition of the book as a Thank You gift. If anyone knows where to find one I would be very pleased.
