When Big and Little Nutbrown Hare show off how much they love each other, don’t you wish you could watch them stretch out their arms, hop as high as they can, and tumble upside down with their feet in the air? Well, now you can! Beautifully designed flaps, tabs, and pop-ups respect the integrity of the original story and illustrations while adding a delightfully kinetic 3D element that is truly irresistible. Featuring a beautiful cover, this treasured tale is the ideal gift for anyone who loves someone more than they can measure.

Loving someone to the moon and back takes on a whole new dimension! The cherished classic is even more enticing in a pop-up edition.

When AppleBlossom was born my brother gave us a gift set that included a cup and bib with the illustrations from Guess How Much I Love You on it. We later bought ourselves the board book and read it often. My brother had two older children and one on the way a little younger than AppleBlossom and he told me this was one of his favorites. When I heard about the book coming out in a Pop-Up book format I just knew it was the perfect Christmas present for his son this year. Already we have a great story with reinforcement of how much a child is loved with fabulous illustrations and now it comes to life and jumps, or pops rather, off the page.

Hmm, it appears almost all my young kiddo books I bought for Christmas presents this year are from Candlewick Press. They obviously have my attention!

*Thanks to Candlewick Press for providing a copy for review.*

It looks like you can even find it in French! Oh and check out the activity sheets that go along with the book. Including  coloring sheets and bookmarks, I’m one happy mama!

Also right now, you can enjoy an online storytime on Barnes & Noble with the author reading it aloud.

Sam McBratney wrote GUESS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU as the fifty-seventh book of his career. He reunited with Anita Jeram for YOU’RE ALL MY FAVORITES and the GUESS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU Storybooks. He lives in Northern Ireland.

Anita Jeram, a native of Portsmouth, England, studied art at Manchester Polytechnic and published her first book for children while she was still a student. Today, she lives in Northern Ireland with her family and a menagerie of pet animals. In the future she hopes to establish a wildlife sanctuary.

The illustrator of many popular and critically acclaimed books for children, including ALL PIGS ARE BEAUTIFUL by Dick King-Smith, Anita Jeram has also written several children’s books of her own. As author-illustrator of BUNNY, MY HONEY, a sweet story of a bunny lost and then found, Anita Jeram was able to exercise her rabbit-drawing skills. A rabbit is also the hero of I LOVE MY LITTLE STORYBOOK, Anita Jeram’s magical tribute to the wonderful world of books.
