November Personal Creation gifts perfect for Christmas!

November is my favorite month of the year. It could have something to do with my birthday, it might have something to do with autumn, and it might have something to do with Thanksgiving, it even might be that Christmas is just around the corner. No matter what the real reason is… I love November. Now this November is amazing with some gift ideas from Personal Creations. When I first started perusing the shop I was enchanted with so many things now to go on my wishlist! In my shopping cart when I left were a big sister and little sister doll set as well as a nativity cross to go on our wall and I am in love!

Big Sister, Little Sister Dolls

According to my daughters I chose well. While the color choice of yellow for embroidery was not exactly what I would choose these are beautiful and pretty well made dolls with a perfect color of hair! And that is difficult for me to find these days with these two little blossoms.

A Personal Creations Exclusive! No devotion can match that of a little girl for her big sister. Celebrate their special bond with these sweet dolls. Made of cotton and polyester, the little sister doll stands 12″H, and big sister doll stands 17 1/2″H. We embroider any name, up to 10 characters on each doll’s playful gingham dress.

When they first arrived we had a bit of an issue because there was a sewing error on the dress for the little sister doll, but not a problem at all with the big sister – it was perfect. One fairly short phone call to a fabulous customer service representative named Lori and I was a happy camper with a replacement little sister doll on the way. They are appropriately proportioned for my three and one year old daughters. Durable! and so soft that they are perfect for a car ride cuddle or sleeping with at night. At first they loved the purses with the matching teddy bears,  but the dolls have definitely taken over  in their attentions.

After loving these so much I definitely and putting their other rag dolls on my wishlist for future purchases! What perfect gifts for my girls and any little girls.

I have always wanted something personalized for our family and given our surname, it’s not one often found if ever on personalized items unless specifically requested. So this time I went with something just for us in the Nativity Wall Cross that “God Bless the… Family”. It is absolutely beautiful! It’s gold in color and not normally what I would have chosen, but this house that we live in now has gold everywhere so it works, another item in the fancy column.

A Personal Creations Exclusive! A truly unique Christmas accent, this remarkable openwork wall cross displays the entire Nativity story. We personalize it with any family name, up to 12 characters. “God Bless the” and “Family” will always appear. Crafted of resin and beautifully finished in antiqued gold. Includes poem attached to top of box. Measures 12”H.

Poem reads:

A gentle humble couple
Had traveled long and far
To a little town called Bethlehem
and a stable beneath a star.
There among the cattle,
God sent His son to earth,
With only an angel chorus
To celebrate His birth.
Yet shepherds heard their message
And knelt there in the straw,
Amazed and filled with wonder
At the baby whom they saw.
Then wise men came to worship
With precious gifts to bring,
Knowing that before them
Was their Savior and their King.
Christ came to us from heaven
And did not count the cost,
Yet behind his humble manger
Stood a waiting rugged cross.
