In July, for a distraction, I got a lot of new cross stitch projects together including charts and fabric to go with them. What do you think about this one? I have only seen one picture of this project stitched out and she had done a conversion making it very pink rather than red. I definitely think I want to the red.

I fell in love with this pattern when I saw it released as a kit in 2014, but was a bit busy that year with a newborn. Finally, this year I bought the pattern directly from Joan Elliott, the fabric from a LNS and plan to pull threads from stash and buy more DMC as I need it. I am really excited about this one. I almost do not want to wait until the Christmas season to start, but I missed Christmas in July. Thus, I do not know when I shall start it.
