Her writing is always so clear and vibrant with visual information. As always I enjoy her stories. While my heritage is here in the English vibe, there is so much about British history that I do not know. Reading these stories gives me an interesting founding people to imagine how it might have been. Then as true to her writing and the way that it affects me I want more. I wouldn’t mind reading all of her books one. . .

Christian Historical Fiction Reading Challenge 2011

So this year has been a bust. I admit it. We went from being on Blogger, to having an incredible and active Ning. To having a BuddyPress on WordPress and now to a side page of Creative Madness Mama located at www.ChristianHistoricalFiction.com. Now it’s true that we do have a forum there, as well as a forum in the goodreads group. There is a book trailers page and everything, but it’s just no where near as active as the Ning. Moving around just lost people and I hate that. I hope in the future we can get a community atmosphere back! Now… the challenge is to have read 24 books in the 12 months of 2011. I know most of you are past that, and haven’t been keeping a list. But, let me say this. If more than 25 people participate… then I will give away a bushel of books!. . .

Bummas Wipes

This giveaway is now closed, but please enjoy the review! Hi, I am the Creative Madness Mama and we cloth diaper. It’s been about nine months now and we still use disposable wipes. *gasp* I know!!! I’m sorry! I just cannot help it! At first it was just because they were to expensive that we had not bought any. Then we did buy some Organic Imse Vimse Wipes and that was the worst purchase I have ever made in my life! I do not want to get into it. *sigh* Okay fine, they were so poorly made, after the first wash they were all wonky, the serged edges was all picked and pulled and ridiculous and they were not even washed with velcro. Seriously people. Well… not exactly wipes, but in the right direction and in a very happy manner I have discovered Bummas. Bummas are small, soft, luxurious, eco-friendly. . .
