The past six weeks has given me the opportunity to review the printable eBook version of the Motivated Moms planner, specifically from the Motivated Moms Ebooks. This has been a neat experience. Motivated Moms is a “unique and straightforward chore planning system is for moms who are trying to balance creative endeavors with their desire to have an orderly and organized environment in their homes.” – See more at: http://schoolhousereviewcrew.com/motivated-moms-review/ While I didn’t know about the planner in time to get it into my personalized planner that I bound this year, in future years I definitely could as well as recommend it to others. When I first started reading about the planners available, I really wanted to get the app for my Kindle Fire, but alas while that one is available for purchase it was not in the line up of what we were reviewing, however the iOS app was, yet at. . .

After AppleBlossom was born I went back to wearing my early maternity clothes and then later I went back to some “real pants” no elastic waist, and “real bras” not nursing bras for about two weeks before I found I was pregnant with OrangeBlossom. In this second pregnancy I was able to wear the same things and added a new outfit here and there and was pretty set. Now, it has been nine months and I’ve lost 49 lbs. Yes! Almost 50!! The clothes I had before are not right. Now I know it is an often occurrence to discover that your body is not what you know or even recognize after having a baby, but I did not know which direction to go. I needed smaller, but not quite as small as pre pre pregnancy. Also, while some maternity clothes do fit, they are designed to emphasize a baby. . .

It was about two years before AppleBlossom was born that I started blogging and I was a quilt blogger first, and then a book blogger. But when I became pregnant the first time all that changed as naturally I wanted to share the word about some fabulous products that I just fell in love with during my maternity months, and then soon after baby months. While in the two years since she was born I have come across some of my favorite products, by far my most favorite maternity product was something that I got to use during OrangeBlossom’s birth and how I wish I had it when AppleBlossom was born. After AppleBlossom was born we had an extended and highly unpleasant stay in the maternity ward. I know that LaborLooks Maternity Gowns would have helped! This time around in pregnancy I couldn’t help but want one, so I begged. . .

I am so totally bummed. I just want to sit on the floor and cry, and I felt that way in the middle of a crowded store. I’ve gone through my closet and pulled out all my maternity clothes from my previous pregnancy and they are all summer. Short sleeves, cap sleeves and thin thin thin cotton material. That does nothing for me when it’s 33* outside! Of course today it’s 65, but yesterday was in the 30s and it’s not quite ready to warm up yet. But on top of that I tried on some of those clothes thinking I’d just throw a sweater over it and some of those are too small. I’m 12 weeks-ish pregnant and already huge. How did this happen? I was not this big postpartum and all of the sudden I look like I’m months pregnant instead of barely weeks. We went to the. . .
Hey Ladies…Hate Pumping Gas? We can help! When washing hands isn’t handy, it’s a good idea to don the newly improved line of ultra-chic Pump Gloves! Starting this October, pumping gas is getting dirtier. New regulations require car owners to hold the gas nozzle in the on position for the WHOLE time it takes to fill the tank. Consumers will have to hold that handle, like the hundreds of patrons before them. Don’t write this off as just a silly California regulation, other states including New York are doing away with them too. Pump Gloves has released their new line of stylish and protective gloves to keep a woman’s hands safe from the “Gunk at the Gas Pump,” such as gas, grease, grime and germs which are almost never cleaned off. As women are expected to do it all, it’s time to nurture the nurturer. With less mess at the. . .
