On the Almond update: he rolls over on accident but hardly on purpose. Put him on his belly and he does push-ups. He doesn’t quite crawl but he can get a few feet. Although sometime he goes in the opposite direction than he wants and this upsets him. Stroke his chin or neck (or wipe the moisture away) and he giggles. Look him in the deep royal blue eyes and talk to him and he grins enough to make your day or week better because you’ve spoken to him and that’s all he’s ever wanted. Hold a soothie up in front of him and watch while he reaches first with one hand and then another to guide your hand and it to his mouth. Yet stay near b/c when he grins that he got it right it will fall out. Put a hand across his torso with thumb on ribs. . .

It was about two years before AppleBlossom was born that I started blogging and I was a quilt blogger first, and then a book blogger. But when I became pregnant the first time all that changed as naturally I wanted to share the word about some fabulous products that I just fell in love with during my maternity months, and then soon after baby months. While in the two years since she was born I have come across some of my favorite products, by far my most favorite maternity product was something that I got to use during OrangeBlossom’s birth and how I wish I had it when AppleBlossom was born. After AppleBlossom was born we had an extended and highly unpleasant stay in the maternity ward. I know that LaborLooks Maternity Gowns would have helped! This time around in pregnancy I couldn’t help but want one, so I begged. . .

The day we started moving in to our new house I had an incredible opportunity to share it with several local friends by hosting a MommyParties sponsored by Nutella. It was so much fun! As a matter of fact, in retrospect we had so much fun just experiencing the MommyParties event that I completely forgot to take pictures to share with you. Oops! Basically, I invited several mamas over for a Nutella Breakfast Bar brunch. It was great. Everyone I invited had at least heard of Nutella, but not everyone had tried it. Considering that Nutella is truly a staple in my diet I was delighted to be able to introduce it to a few curious ones that had held back before. Nutella has been a favorite of Europeans for decades, and when used in moderation with complementary foods, Nutella® is a quick and easy tool to encourage kids to. . .
