Shelley Shepard Gray’s Creative Madness
Today I am glad to welcome Amish Fiction author Shelley Shepard Gray to Creative Madness that Makes Me Myself. Please sit a while and perhaps share a cup of tea while learning a little about the “creative madness” behind this delightful author. Thanks for stopping by Shelley. When I told Margaret I’d be thrilled to be a guest blogger at her site, I asked if she had a topic in mind. She told me creative madness. Well, I’m game for just about anything…but creative madness? I have to say, I wasn’t really quite sure what that was! Then, like one of those aha moments in church, it all clicked together. See, Creative Madness is…

Wanted by Shelley Shepard Gray: a review and peek inside
Wanted by Shelley Shepard Gray My review rating: 3 of 5 stars*This review is from reading an ARC.* The first book in this Sisters of the Heart Series, Hidden (my review), was absolutely fabulous and a wonderful romance full of suspense. This second book is good, and I enjoyed the read and love the characters, but it was not very exciting to me. At least not in any comparison to the first book and other Amish books out there. As a theme for this book, the idea of being “wanted” is nothing new to most people, and our Katie wanting to be wanted and going after that attention (in her…

Hidden by Shelley Shepard Gray
Hidden by Shelley Shepard Gray My review rating: 5 of 5 stars Fabulous, that’s the first thing I must say about this book, but I’ll come back to that. I do not know the correct terminology, yet I will try. There is just something about the covers of Avon Inspire books, I have loved every one that I have seen and this is my favorite so far. There is just something about the flat finish, instead of a glossy print that I just adore. Not to mention the road with the Amish sky ahead and the image of the blonde girl with green eyes. (A little curious as to why…
